We pick you up free from anywhere within 15 kilometres of the falls, which effectively covers every hotel, motel and Airbnb in Niagara Falls, Ontario — not just the handful of streets in the tourist core.
That 15 km radius includes:
Fallsview — the hotel district on the escarpment above the Horseshoe Falls, including the Marriott, Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Hilton and the Fallsview Casino hotels.
Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue — the properties along and behind the entertainment strip, plus the Crowne Plaza and Oakes area.
Downtown Niagara Falls — the Queen Street area and the train and bus station side of the city.
Beyond the city — Chippawa, parts of Thorold, and the nearer end of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Here’s what the radius means in practice: if you can see the falls’ mist from your window, or you’re a 20-minute drive from Table Rock, you’re comfortably inside it. If you’re staying further out — St. Catharines, Welland, or the far side of Niagara-on-the-Lake — contact us before booking and we’ll either arrange a meeting point or tell you honestly that it won’t work.

Niagara City Cruise — Into the Mist
The boat is the one everyone remembers. You sail past the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, then push into the basin of the Horseshoe Falls, where the noise takes over and you stop trying to take photos. It’s about 20 minutes on the water, a red poncho is included, and yes — you get wet.
How wet, honestly? Think heavy drizzle rather than swimming. Your torso stays dry under the poncho; your shoes, hands and anything you’re holding do not. Put your phone away in the basin.

Journey Behind the Falls — Standing Behind the Water
An elevator takes you 125 feet down through the bedrock, and you walk out into tunnels cut into the rock behind the Horseshoe Falls. Two portals open directly onto the back of the falling water, and there’s a lower observation deck at the base with the wall of water crashing past a few metres away.
Is Journey Behind the Falls worth it? Yes — and it’s the attraction that surprises people most, because from the front the falls look like scenery, and from behind they feel like weather. In summer the queue can run 30 minutes at the gate; with us you walk in. More about Journey Behind the Falls
Skylon Tower — The View From 520 Feet
A yellow glass elevator runs up the outside of the tower to the observation deck, and the view takes in both waterfalls, the gorge, the city, and on a genuinely clear day, the Toronto skyline across Lake Ontario.

We start high. Morning light is best from the deck, and the tower is quietest before the mid-morning crowds arrive. You get the geography of the whole site in ten minutes, which makes everything afterwards make more sense.
Journey Behind the Falls

Your guide drives the Niagara Parkway on the way back, with stops and stories along the way — the Old Scow stranded in the upper rapids since 1918, the Floral Clock, and the view over the Whirlpool.

Lunch isn’t included, and that’s deliberate — this is a 4-hour tour, so most guests eat before or after rather than losing 45 minutes of it to a restaurant. Your guide will happily point you to the good places near your drop-off.
Winter Tours (December–March)
In winter the boat doesn’t sail, so we replace it with Niagara Takes Flight — the flying-theatre experience at Niagara Parks — and the rest of the tour runs exactly as normal. Journey Behind the Falls and Skylon Tower are open year-round.

Maximum 16 guests. It's a small-group tour, so you're travelling in one vehicle with a guide who has time for everyone's questions — not a 50-seat coach where you're following a raised umbrella through a crowd.

Skylon Tower and Journey Behind the Falls both have elevator access, but the boat cruise involves ramps and a moving vessel, so we'd rather talk through the details with you than promise something that doesn't work on the day.
