There were no lines at all and we had a good amount of time to do everything. It’s a very flexible tour as well so if you don’t want to pay for certain attraction you can do something else and still enjoy. Niagara falls is a must see attraction It's a long day but worth the experience. Shahz is an excellent guide, pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. You have to see Niagara Falls. There are a few stops on the way and I could have done without the maple and chocolate tasting, which is minor, but it was a chance to have lunch and the food was good. He was very accommodating, resourceful, and patient with my clients and went out of his way to improve our experience. He was very prompt with his pick up and drop off. it was ok Tour guide was friendly but the reason I didnt mark this a 5 star it was becuase the tour guide was 15 minutes late due to a bus switch that had to be done. this bus had AC but it was clear it was a rundown but parts of the ceiling were falling off and the worst part is it had no bathroom for a 2 hour ride. other passengers needed to also and were forced to wait out the 2 hours since there were also no quick stops made on the way. Shaz was our tour guide and he was amazing, super punctual, very friendly, good energy, and took us to all the must-see stops at Niagara Falls with side fun facts about the history of the falls. Everything in the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and really made for a very productive day.
