Fast ausschließlich im Bus unterwegs, zu viel Auffenthalt an nicht nennenswerten Punkten, es wurden außerplanmäßige Stopps und Aufnahmen von Personen getätigt.... der Guide war schlecht zu verstehen... unter einer geführten Tour verstehe ich etwas anderes.... diese war definitiv nicht dabei...verschenkte Geld und vor allem verschenkte Zeit.... selbst organisiert ist definitiv eine bessere Alternative...Posted on Google

He was enthusiastic, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire tour even more enjoyable. His knowledge of Niagara Falls was great, and he was able to answer all of our questions. The tour and activities were excellent, and everything was well organized. Haroon made everything great 👍🏼. He was funny, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what we were doing when and also told us how. It is a long day (the... It is a long day (the tour ended up being a little over 10 hours) but Niagara Falls was great. Be aware that the tour is on a large coach bus so there is some waiting at times waiting for others to get back in the bus. Tip: If you are not doing the journey behind the falls excursion wait to eat until you get to Niagara Falls. Also make sure to wear quick drying clothes/shoes especially if you are going on the boat.Posted on Google

Kumar drove the bus and took us around and he was so incredibly amazing ! He is one of the best tour guides I've seen - he's funny, friendly, shares interesting info as we pass by, and he ensured everyone's safety and comfort. He made the experience so much better and all the attractions that was included was so worth. Mircea_Lazar28 September 2026An amazing day out at Niagara Falls with a very experienced and efficient guide We had a great day out at Niagara Falls, all made easy by our friendly guide Haroon. Pick-up from Toronto was smooth and after about 1.5 hours we were at Niagara Falls. As there weren’t so many tourists around, Haroon was able to squeeze in another attraction for us, the Niagara Whirlpool cable car, which was certainly worth it to experience the force of the Niagara river. At the falls themselves, Haroon allowed us sufficient time to do the Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride and the Skylon Tower and gave us some spare time for more picture taking and shopping for souvenirs. Tickets had all been purchased in advsnce, so we didn’t have to queue anywhere. All in all a great experience, which we would highly recommend.Posted on Tripadvisor
