Jawan Joiner13 September 2026My boyfriend and I went on this Niagara Falls Tour with Airlink and all I can say was how awesome it was! Our tour guide, Haron, made the whole trip seamless and enjoyable. He picked us up at our meeting location on time, was very knowledgeable about the history of the Niagara Falls ( and of Canada in general), was able to retrieve our tickets to the attractions in a timely manner without having us wait in the ticket lines, and also safely transported us to the destinations included in the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Niagara Falls in a convenient and fun manner!Posted on Google

déplorable !!! la description n’est pas la bonne en plus de cela le guide j’en parle même pas , il ne prend même pas l’initiative et la peine de nous expliquer en quoi cette excusions consiste réellement, je ne recommande surtout pas , le mini van n’a même pas de clim , on passe plus de temps dans le bus que devant les chutes .Posted on Getyourguide

Great day trip from Toronto We went for the all inclusive version covering Behind the Falls, cruise and Skylon Tower. Worth doing all 3. Plenty of time for each. The maple syrup / chocolate tasting was a nice extra. it was ok Tour guide was friendly but the reason I didnt mark this a 5 star it was becuase the tour guide was 15 minutes late due to a bus switch that had to be done. this bus had AC but it was clear it was a rundown but parts of the ceiling were falling off and the worst part is it had no bathroom for a 2 hour ride. other passengers needed to also and were forced to wait out the 2 hours since there were also no quick stops made on the way. I enjoyed the initial stop at the Floral Clock, though I was slightly less keen on the mandatory lunch stop at the only available location. I was satisfied with the three experiences at Niagara Falls: walking behind the falls, the boat ride beneath them, and the view from the top of the tower. The timing was well-managed, allowing us to complete everything at a relaxed pace. We traveled in a small white bus; the guide was excellent at both providing commentary and handling the logistics, and the audio quality was good. Shaz was our tour guide and he was amazing, super punctual, very friendly, good energy, and took us to all the must-see stops at Niagara Falls with side fun facts about the history of the falls. Everything in the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and really made for a very productive day. Gavin_S16 August 2026Get to see all the best sights of Niagara with a lovely guide A good option if you don't want an early start which takes in the falls early to late afternoon. Haroon was an excellent guide and driver, providing useful info throughout the day. Expect to be delayed by other passengers' late return to the bus but Haroon plays it well when it happened for us. Skipped the queue at the journey behind the falls but nowhere else, but the timing of the boat trip meant the queues were not long. The 1 hour visit to the maple syrup factory is a nice touch providing a lunch stop albeit the food isn't cheap! A great day out for us as a family of 4.Posted on Trustindex
