Niagara Falls Tour FAQ

Below You will find answers your Niagara Falls Questions!

The Day Tour price is Starting from CND $99 for adults, CND$89 for children under 12 years  child 3yr and under are FREE. 

Niagara Falls Evening Tour starts at $119 for Adults, $109 for Children under 12, and infants under three are FREE.

Our Day Tours runs everyday, all year round. We depart Toronto Downtown at 10:30 am and return at approx. 7 pm. 

Evening tours are 3 days per week, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, seasonal from April to October of Each Year. The Afternoon tour departs Toronto 1;30 pm and returns at 10:30pm.

Any Central Downtown Toronto hotel, hotels near Pearson Airport and our Toronto Downtown & Mississauga and Oakville pickup points:

  • Other pick points for each package

Throughout the website you will find “Book Now” Button across our website. Click it, you will be redirected to our booking platform, select the tour, date of travel, and number of participants. 

Accepted Payment method: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You can Pay Online while making the booking, we do offer the very secure Credit card and PAYPAL option.

We recommend that you should book in advance at least 2 days. By booking in advance you will be guaranteed a seat on the tour bus.

Lunch or Dinner is optional. You could add the meal in the checkout page of your tour. Some tour packages include lunch or dinner. 

You may also have your own lunch or dinner, there are various restaurants located at Niagara Falls close to where your free time will be. There you may choose to eat something.  

The Fallsview Restaurant is located on the penthouse level of the Sheraton on the Falls directly across from the Falls. The Fallsview Restaurant combines world class views with world class cuisine to create a one of a kind dining experience.
You are guaranteed Free time at Niagara Falls Canada on your Tour with us. On your way to Niagara Falls, your tour guide will explain the area and the activities. 
Some ideas to spend your time at Niagara Falls include: Clifton Hill, Table Rock, museums, Niagara Falls gardens, and Bird Kingdom. Our buses park close to all these attractions.  
 

Yes. These tours are called Evening Tours, we run these tours seasonal from April to October  every year. Tour operates three days per week, every Friday, Saturday and Sundays. 

Booking with us ensures you the best cancellation and Refund Policy. Canceling you tour 24 Hours before your departure time will guarantee you receive a 100% Refund. 
However, We understand life happens and you may need to make last minute changes. We will try to move your booking to a different date, timeslot, or offer a partial refund. 

The word “Onguiaahra” appears on maps as early as 1641. Both it, and the later version “Ongiara”, are Native words generally interpreted as meaning “The Strait” or “Great Throat”, although the more romantic “Thunder of Waters” is sometimes given. By the time the first white man arrived at the Falls, the name in general use was “Niagara”.

 

Niagara Falls is open all year. However, the Hornblower stops running during the winter (November to March). We recommend not to book any tour for Christmas Day because everything is closed at Niagara Falls. 

There is no significant difference between Summer and Winter Niagara Falls Tour, they both are same. Winter Tour is a bit shorter due to less traffic and no line at Niagara Attractions. 
Summer time all attractions are open including the Hornblower Cruise. During the winter months if you have booked the cruise option, it will be replaced with Skylon Tower or Journey behind the falls.

We have a 4 passenger, 6 passenger, 14 passenger, 25-28 Passenger Mini-bus, and 56 passenger Coach Bus. All are Niagara Falls sightseeing licensed  and air conditioned, with them having “Airlink Tours” on them. 

All our vehicles are strictly maintained. We have licensed technicians in Toronto and Niagara Falls ready to deal with any issue. Our drivers are trained to carry out a pre-trip inspection. Our operation managers ensure all vehicles are safe and regularly serviced. Ministry of transport conduct their inspection to satisfy our buses are up to standard.          

 

No, our coaches are specifically designed to not include washrooms, however We do make regular washroom stops. 

 

No, you do not need your passport. Our tours do not Cross into the USA.
